DIRSTACK v.1.0 Copyright (C) 1998, Rob Lake NAMES: PUSHD -- Pushs a directory to the directory stack POPD -- Pops a directory from the stack SYNOPSIS: PUSHD X:\DIR_NAME -and- POPD OPTIONS: Currently there are no options. To view help on these programs, just type PUSHD without arguments, or POPD with arguments. EXAMPLES: C:\>PUSHD C:\DOS [...] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM>PUSHD . [...] C:\BORLANDC\BIN>POPD C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM>POPD C:\DOS>POPD directory stack empty NOTES: - The last directory added to the stack is the first one to be changed to. - The program creates a file named C:\STACK.DIR which contains the stack. This way the stack is not destroyed by powering down a system. The attributes of this file is NORMAL (0x00) so deleting it should be no trouble. - The programs assume that the attribute of C:\STACK.DIR is NORMAL (0x00), if it is not, there will be some problems.
