 Provides online information about the FreeDOS commands.

 Syntax: HELP [command]
   command  Specifies the name of the command about which you want
            information.  If you do not specify a command name, help
            lists all the commands.

 There are two ways to get online Help for a command.  You can specify the
 name of the command on the help command line, or you can type the name of
 the command and the /? at the command prompt.

 HTML Help files
 All the HTML files for HTML Help are in the files/ directory of where
 you installed FreeDOS.  It is important you don't move these files or
 otherwise HTML Help won't work.

 Example:
   C:\>help xcopy

          or

   C:\>xcopy /?

 The second command is slightly faster.
