To customize startup, edit rc.custom.gz on the floppy. Typical uses: insmod, ifconfig, route, resolv.conf, hosts, mount, etc. For full customization, such as adding modules, new keymaps, etc... (Be logged somewhere with 10+ meg of linux filesystem space) unpack.s # unbuilds it into 1/ & 2/ # do what thou wilt buildit.s # rebuilds it from 1/ & 2/ There is lots of space, delete dmsdos or ce or other useless stuff. If you have any problems with the scripts, try running them while booted in tomsrtbt instead of under your system. They are only proven to work thusly. NOTE: You need space to DO the customizations. Rc.custom.gz can be unpacked into /root, edited, gzipped, copied back. Buildit.s needs drive space. If you only have FAT, use the loop device.
