Part0sim.exe is provided in case if somebody doesn't want to experiment
with his/her hard disk but wants to learn how to use partition manager.

Instead of writing to hard disk it simulates the work by reading/writing
to the files disk_sim.x??. Size and location of those files are configurable
in the file disk_sim.cfg (if you don't have this file run part0sim and it will
create the default config file).
